We do not provide cash refunds. But exchange is possible within 7 working days of purchase according to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
- Discounted or products on promotion will not be exchanged.
- Exchanges can only be made for different items worth the same order amount that the customer wanted to exchange.
To exchange an item please send us an email to sales@lilyangels.lk within 7 days from the package receipt date, mentioning the order ID, and exchange details required.
Please note that any applicable courier charges are to be incurred by the customer.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
- We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
