Confirmation of Order

Once the order is placed the customer will receive an email and sms with order details which will include the order confirmation number.

Payment Method

At the time of payment, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway, which is secured. We accept payment via Direct Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex & other available payment methods and also include Cash on Delivery.

Delivery

The standard delivery period is 3 to 5 working days from the date of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted by Lily Angel’s style team to reconfirm the orders.

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address given by the customer at the time of confirmation.

Occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control, you might experience a slight delay. During this time we will keep you updated by e-mail or phone.
